3. Note on Service Provision

All services booked through this website are provided exclusively by Lost Lagoon Egypt.

Pfister LL Watersports acts as an intermediary and handles the payment process. The service contract is concluded directly between the customer and Lost Lagoon Egypt.

Personal data required for the provision of services will be shared with Lost Lagoon Egypt.

  • Master data (name, address)

  • Contact data (email address, phone number)

  • Booking data (services booked, duration of stay, flight details for transfers)

  • Communication data (emails, WhatsApp messages)

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Mediation of requested services

  • Preparation and execution of the contract with Lost Lagoon Egypt

  • Payment processing (collection) and accounting

  • Communication related to bookings and inquiries
